Returning Unused Products: Returns are easy. New, unopened, re-saleable product(s), are entitled to a full refund, within 30 days, less shipping fees. A 15% restocking fee is applied.

  • In the event of returning a 'free shipping' item there is a mandatory deduction of $5.95 from your total refund.
  • Heat Sensitive products are NOT returnable.
