Stretch marks are generally speaking due to a variety of major alterations in the rigidity of the skin. This can happen with pregnancy, weight gain or even from considerable weight loss. Once the collagen underneath the skin is injured, stretch marks start to appear.
Cocoa butter will dissolve at body temperature allowing it to spread quickly and effectively into the skin. When you frequently apply cocoa butter you can start the process of your stretch marks becoming paler, slowly renovating your skin into appearing the natural way.
The Cocoa butter is obtained from entire cocoa beans. The vegetable fat is very firm. It contains antioxidants that is not only therapeutic but also helps to extend the shelf life. Cocoa butter also contains excellent emollient properties to soften, moisturize and soothe the skin.
