HOW TO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY AUTOSHIP?
Customers can view the status of their autoship reorders by going to the Account Info page — this is the one that shows your name and address info.
Scrolling down to the bottom of the page.
There’s a section here that shows the status of all autoship reorders, and has settings so that you can change name, address and credit card information or cancel them.
Every customer also has an Order History page — this is a standard part of our website. Please remember that you are required to LOG IN for your orders to show up on this page.
HOW DO I CHECK MY PREVIOUS ORDERS?
Click on the link at the top right of the home screen that says MY ACCOUNT and log in.
Then click on the icon that says: ORDER INFORMATION – all your previous orders are displayed.
Please note: If you didn’t log in when you placed your order, they will not appear in this list.
