Why is Ph Balance So Important?
When your body has the proper pH levels, your systems cells are oxygenated and better prepared to heal any health concerns on their own. If cells are energized, you have a stronger immune system, can fight disease and squash cancer cells and able to detoxify and illuminate waste in a more productive way.
How Does Ph Work?
The pH of your blood is between 7.25-7.45, if your blood’s pH falls below or above that range, you will use a large amount of energy in trying trying to maintain pH levels. This leads to deficiencies and health disorders. It’s really easy to test your bodies Ph levels.
Litmus Paper is the best and most convenient way to test your bodies Ph level on a daily or weekly basis. It’s sold in a package of 15 feet, you will use about 1/2 inch – 1 inch per test. Each Litmus paper dispenser is good for 150 – 200 tests.
The best way to maintain optimal pH levels is through the foods you eat and the liquids you drink. For your diet, if you follow an 75/25 rule, 75% alkaline foods and 25% acid, you should experience an equilibrium. Perfect body pH is 6.4, above is alkaline and below is acidic. It is important that your daily dietary intake of food naturally balances your body pH.
