| Directions | 1-4 tablets daily at bed time with eight ounces of water, or as directed by physician.
Dosage is variable. For constipation Dr. Scheinberg suggests starting with one tablet. Then dosage may be increased to up to four tablets - with more stubborn cases of constipation or reduced to one-half tablet if that is all that is needed. In some cases relief of constipation may be immediate. Some people with more stubborn cases of constipation may need several days before they have a regular bowel movement. Be patient. Make sure that you are drinking 8 full glasses of water per day. |
