Shipping Options

How much will shipping cost?
For orders over $50, Shipping is FREE - Continental US Only.

Certain items are not eligible for free shipping. They are: Combination Packs, Aloe Complete, Aloe Life Green Food, Codliver Oil liquid, Coconut Oil, All Nordic Natural Gummies, Food Bars & Prime One.

For orders under $50, shipping is $6.79 - Continental US only (Excluding: Aloe Complete, Prime One, Food Bars, Perfect Weight America).

If your delivery address is within the USA you should select either:

• Either of the above-mentioned shipping choices depending on the value of your order
, or
• UPS or USPS Shipping for which there are different choices at different costs

You can use the "Preview Shipping" option available in the itemized mini-basket display which is visible on the top of the left menu bar while you shop. This will show you the cost of shipping before you proceed to the checkout.

If you are an International customer ie. not based in the USA, please select the 'International Shipping & Handling' for which there is a flat rate of $49 up to 3 lbs in weight. For orders weighing more than 6 lbs, please email sales@crohns.net for pricing.

For orders being shipped to Canada there is a $39 flat rate for up to 6 lbs.

We reserve the right to ship all orders over $50.00 which are for delivery within the Continental USA, via UPS or USPS.

Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. For orders placed before 3.00 pm, add the RUSH SHIPPING option at $3.99 to ensure same day processing.

PLEASE NOTE:
VSL#3 orders are only shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays during the summer season. Only select Next Day & Second Day Air shipping options for orders placed after Tuesday. No shipping on Friday.

GENOVA Lab Test Kits are sent directly from Genova lab. All orders require a minimum of 24 hours to process, even when shipping Next Day Air, Second or 3 day Air is selected.

Shipping of $0.00 can only be used for the LifeStyle Program via e-mail or if your order for delivery in the Continental USA is over $50. If you select this option where it is not applicable you will still be charged the correct shipping amount when your order is processed.

If you require overnight or any other special shipping requests, the flat rate shipping charges does not apply. Please choose from the appropriate selections. If you require UPS Saturday delivery, an additional charge will apply.

Can I ship to a different address?
You may ship to a different address. Please make sure, however, that the billing address associated with your credit card is accurate so as not to delay your order.
