Return Policy and Procedures

We make it easy to return items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery of your order, you may return any item in new condition including original packaging and paperwork, for a prompt refund.

A 15% restocking fee is applied.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your return and your credit. We cannot guarantee credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Books
All book sales are final. No returns on books.

Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest place a new order or e-mail us.
