Retrieving a Lost Password

When you create a new account you are required to select a password which you will use each time you login to place an order or to change your personal details we have stored for you. If you forget your password you can either retrieve it yourself or contact us and we will reset it for you.

Retrieving your password
To retrieve your password you can go to the "Checkout" screen or "Member Login" screen. You will enter your login name and then check the option next to "Please Email Me My Password". Click on the login button and your password will be sent to you.

A confirmation will appear in blue text - Your password has been sent.

Reset your password
If you cannot remember your password or your login or would merely like to reset your password please contact us on 1-877-240-7528 or e-mail sales@crohns.net and ask us to reset your password. We will require confirmation that you are in fact the owner of the account.
